**Service and Booking Information**

At Wonderland Beauty Bar, we strive to provide exceptional service to our clients. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we have established the following policies and guidelines for our services.

**Booking Requirements**

To reserve your event date, a non-refundable retainer of 25% of the quoted service fee is required. This retainer ensures that our team is committed to providing their services on your special day. The balance of the service fee is due one week prior to your event and can be paid by check or credit card.

**Date Availability**

Please note that dates are subject to multiple bookings. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee that a makeup artist and/or hair stylist will not be booked with multiple weddings on the specified date. However, by choosing our Bridal Packages , you can ensure that your chosen professionals will be dedicated to your event and will not be booked with other weddings on the same date.

**Pre-Event Recommendations**

To ensure that your makeup looks its absolute best, we highly recommend scheduling a facial and brow shaping in the weeks leading up to your event. These services will help to prepare your skin and enhance the overall appearance of your makeup.

**Travel and Mileage Policy**

At Wonderland Beauty Bar, we understand the importance of convenience and flexibility when it comes to our services. As such, our standard bridal rates include travel up to 25 miles from our location, ensuring that our team of skilled makeup artists can reach you with ease. However, for events or locations that exceed this distance, we will calculate the additional mileage at the time of booking and add it to your service fee. This allows us to provide our high-quality services to you while also accommodating your specific needs.

**Service Gratuity**

A 20% service gratuity will be added to our Standard Service package, which includes makeup and hair styling for the bride and her attendants. This gratuity is a token of appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our skilled professionals.
